I Almost Missed This One…

Repeating a post of this strip because…

I dedicate this comic strip to my dear friend Gian and (again) to my kumpareng Myles… as the Charlie Brown(s).

May your Lucy(s) be happy in making you miserable or hurting you, BUT may their conscience bombard them one way or another.

As another person said… “Ang karma ngayon, FedEx na. Door to door delivery, may next day service pa!” Well, the Lucy(s) karma might not be bestowed upon tomorrow on them but surely it will come.

And as I remind you and myself as well…

Blessed are they who suffer persecution for justice sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Remind yourself you are the Charlie Browns and who are the Lucys:

Charlie Brown is the lead star of the Peanuts comic strip. And in every movie, strip or story, if there’s a lead there’s the villain, kontrabida or simply put, those who wanted the spotlight to be theirs. They are the pa-cute, papansin, the pathetic, the frustrated lead star.

Imagine, you are the Charlie Brown, lead role bestowed on you because of your character and the Lucys, well, will always be the same as they are created to highlight more of your character

Lucy Does It Again…

I have not much time to compose an entry lately. But I find some “refuge” to Peanuts and Snoopy strips that’s why I share it to you guys, specially those with quite some relevance. Like this one…

Lucy is the Queen of Sarcasm… I love her for that… I wish I can be a Lucy at some point. But right now, I can imagine some first lady doing such to a man…

There are some people close to me can take the place of Charlie and Lucy.

But in high respects to the man, mas bida pa rin s’ya kasya sa babae

Making a Point

Screaming really has it’s power… or should I say purpose?

But in the end, screaming to emphasize, to release some anger or just to ease up that emotion one is holding you’ll still go back to your old s–––id self.

Right now, I really, really wanted to scream at the faces of “brilliant” people…..

Mr. Schulz did pretty much of his characterization to his Peanuts kids… oh and his dog Snoopy, of course Ü

Life in a Comic Strip: Dilbert’s Way

It’s been a habit of mine to check out my subscribed comic strip daily in my mail. And my Dilbert’s strip I just read is quite apt…

I wish I am that guy, Jesus there… but then again, at some instances I think I’ve been [an unappreciated] miracle worker. Just a while ago, my team and I did some miracles.

Same thing as yesterday’s… the other day… and the previous days ago.

Holy Week is quite near. I hope I won’t be crucified like what happened to the real Jesus. But [again] come to think of it, we’ve been crucified in some way or another…

… for helping and for trying to save someone’s ass?

Oh well, life… is indeed seen in a comic strip.
